MCSS, CMCS, and FAFPAO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use MPTS.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
